Sali Shayia Consulting and Training is led by Sali Shayia, Managing Director of CRAMLI Psychological and Behavioural Services.
For many years, Sali’s professional development, training and consulting services were delivered through CRAMLI. As this area of work has continued to grow—including the development of specialised training programs, resources and the Integrated Response Continuum (IRC)—these services are now being established under a separate and dedicated business.
Sali continues in her role as Managing Director of CRAMLI. This change does not represent Sali leaving CRAMLI. It provides a clearer separation between CRAMLI’s clinical and NDIS services and Sali’s independent training, consulting, professional development, speaking and resource-development work.
Sali Shayia Consulting and Training builds upon Sali’s extensive experience as a Managing Director, Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner, Clinical Psychotherapist, specialist in mental health and positive behaviour support, clinical supervisor and professional development facilitator.
