How refunds, payments and cancellations work
We aim to provide clear expectations regarding bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds. These terms apply to services delivered by Sali Shayia Consulting and Training unless different terms have been agreed in writing. Sali Shayia Consulting and Training operates on a full-fee-for-service basis.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless an invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing. Where an invoice is issued, it must be paid in full within the payment terms stated on the invoice. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received or an approved invoicing arrangement is in place.
